Areas of Specialty

I am trained as a generalist, meaning I have experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns across diverse populations. However, through my clinical experiences and specialized training, I have developed an expertise in the treatment of trauma, particularly post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chronic pain, and chronic insomnia. My approach is informed by evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals struggling with these conditions, helping them regain a sense of control, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall well-being.

Trauma

Trauma can deeply affect a person, impacting their emotions, thoughts, relationships, and even their sense of safety in the world. It’s understandable to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, but healing is possible. With the right support and treatment, you can process what you’ve been through, regain a sense of control, and move toward a life that feels more peaceful and fulfilling. You deserve that healing, and you don’t have to face it alone.

Chronic Pain

Chronic pain can take a significant emotional toll, often feeling like a heavy burden that impacts your entire life. It can turn simple joys into struggles, leaving you frustrated, anxious, and isolated. Everyday tasks may feel overwhelming, and you might find it hard to connect with others who don’t fully understand your experience. However, it’s important to remember that there is hope and support available to help you reclaim your life and find balance again. You deserve to feel better, both physically and emotionally, and there are ways we can make that happen.

Insomnia

Insomnia can take a heavy toll, leaving you feeling exhausted, frustrated, and disconnected from the rest of your life. Struggling with sleep isn’t just about being tired—it can impact your mood, focus, and overall well-being. But you don’t have to navigate it alone. With the right support and treatment, you can develop healthier sleep patterns, regain a sense of restfulness, and wake up feeling more like yourself. You deserve that relief, and restful nights are possible.
